When this flow becomes dense or fragmented, it may manifest as fatigue, stress, stagnant emotions, repetitive patterns, or a sense of loss of meaning.

These signals are often the expression of an inner call:
something within you is asking to be released, rebalanced or reharmonised.

The spiritual healing session I offer is rooted in this deep listening to life.
Often referred to as an energy healing session, it goes far beyond a classic energetic rebalancing:
it opens a space in which energetic and spiritual healing can take place, guided by an intelligence greater than the mind.

Spiritual healing & sessions in an altered state of consciousness

These sessions take place in an expanded state of awareness, sometimes called trance healing.
In this natural state, the mind steps back, making room for a wider, more intuitive and subtle field of perception.

Healing energy then flows with precision, carried by a spiritual intelligence that works exactly where your being is ready to transform.
This spiritual energy healing works on different levels:

the energy field

unconscious conditioning
old or inherited energetic charges

What spiritual energy healing sessions can support

A spiritual healing session may support, among other things:

the release of old emotional and energetic burdens
the harmonisation of the subtle bodies
an elevation of your overall vibration
the dissolution of energetic stagnation
the release of emotional and physical tension
reconnection to vital energy and intuition
deep soothing and lasting inner clarity

Although this is not a medical treatment, many people also feel effects in the physical body: relaxation, a sense of spaciousness and flow, sometimes a reduction in certain pains as energy releases more deeply.

This session in an altered state of consciousness is not a simple wellness moment.
It is a deep realignment, transmitted from a vibrational space where the mind no longer needs to intervene.

My approach – Flow Sacré®

For over twenty years, I have explored, practised and taught the energetic, intuitive and spiritual dimensions of being.
I am a Reiki Master, a LaHoChi Master, a spiritual healing practitioner, and an intuitive channel.

My approach, which I call Flow Sacré®, rests on one essential stance:
I do not “do” the healing — I create the space in which healing can flow.

During sessions, I connect to an expanded field of awareness in which different healing intelligences may work:

the person’s own energy
spiritual guides
the brightest ancestors
what some traditions call “sky doctors”
subtle forces of rebalancing and transformation

My role is that of a bridge, a channel, and a guardian of the container.
It is not my personal energy that is transmitted, but that of the spiritual field to which I connect.

This form of trance healing requires a stable, clear, and respectful relationship with the spiritual realm, so that the energetic flow remains precise, aligned, and safe.

Duration: around 1 hour
Format: in-person session in Athens (Marousi)

The session begins with grounding and clarifying your intention.
You are free to share what you are going through, or simply settle into silence and receive.

I then connect to your energy and to the spiritual field present.
The session takes place mainly in silence, while the energy works deeply where an adjustment is needed.

At the end of the session, we take time to share and integrate what has arisen:
sensations, inner movements, insights, messages, or recommendations to support integration.

Each experience is unique.
I make no promises of results, and these sessions are never a substitute for medical care.
They are complementary, working on the energetic, spiritual, and consciousness levels.

Στο τέλος της συνεδρίας, αφιερώνουμε χρόνο για να μοιραστούμε και να ενσωματώσουμε ό,τι προέκυψε:
αισθήσεις, εσωτερικές κινήσεις, συνειδητοποιήσεις, μηνύματα ή προτάσεις για την υποστήριξη της ενσωμάτωσης.
